My training philosophy has always been ‘why complicating things’? Keep it simple and apply what works. Fitness With Synergy uses the Total Synergy approach to training and nutrition in order to achieve each individual’s health and fitness goals, not a one size fits all approach.
Breaking it down to its most simplistic, there really are just four sides to the story
- Apply a specific, Total Synergy training approach dedicated towards achieving your individual health and fitness goals.
- Eat small, regular, nutritionally dense meals and snacks throughout the day based on your metabolic requirements. These should consist of a balance of lean proteins, unrefined complex carbohydrates and essential fats. Treats and cheat meals play an important part in a realistic, achievable lifestyle program, however, they need to be used in moderation and manipulated smartly.
- Ensure good quality rest and try your best to minimize stress levels. Exercise is a great stress reliever. Learn how to relax and remember you control you.
- Drinking Water Helps Maintain the Balance of Body Fluids. Your body is composed of about 60% water. The functions of these bodily fluids include digestion, absorption, circulation, creation of saliva, transportation of nutrients, and maintenance of body temperature.
The big four are paramount to achieving any health and fitness goals, from beginner status, all the way through to professional athletes. They form the basis of the Fitness With Synergy Total Synergy Approach.
