Steve Pulleng founded Fitness With Synergy with a goal to provide a cost-effective and unique personal training solution – specifically working with people who are looking for a lifestyle changing experience.
We launched Fitness With Synergy with a team of highly qualified and passionate professionals. We believe that personal training should be seen as essential to our modern lifestyles. Unfortunately, it’s not realistic for everyone to be paying the hefty hourly rates of having a face-to-face fitness coach, especially when most of us need several sessions a week. Plus, it’s easy to fall off the wagon whenever you’re not actually with your coach.
So instead, we decided to take things online, allowing you to log into your fitness program anywhere (and at any time) through your computer, tablet or smartphone. If you have questions for your trainer, you can message them directly at anytime. By logging your exercise results our trainers can see your progress and can provide much more effective feedback to adapt and optimize your workouts. If you ever lose your motivation, you can feel free to chat with our community of other like minded members. You are not alone in this.

I spent 22 years in the British Army. In my first 12 years with the Parachute Regiment serving with the Special Forces worldwide, I successfully completed an arduous 12 month military Physical Training Course. I then transferred to The Army Physical Training Corps (APTC) and specialized in improving recruits’ endurance, strength and circuit training abilities so that they can pass the arduous military tests during basic training. I was also attached to Field Forces Units worldwide as a Physical Training Instructor (PTI) to perform regular training and physical selection tests for the trained ranks to ensure that they are up to the standards required for operational deployments.
Briefly, my fitness programs have been developed after many years of guiding, training and motivating military personnel. Throughout my career in the British Army as a fitness instructor, I have advised on all aspects of fitness and adventurous training, while working in a variety of situations from peacetime to full military operations. Without exception, my programs have worked for my clients.
